Give from the Heart: Blood Drive Sign-up

We are in the midst of a concerning nationwide shortfall in blood donations – but the need for blood is constant.  Someone needs a blood transfusion in the U.S. every two seconds!  That’s why for my Bat Mitzvah Project I would like to target a Summer Blood Drive at Temple Beth Sholom on Tuesday, August 1, Erev Tu B’Av – the Jewish Day of Love!  BUT we must submit 50 pledges as soon as possible to HOLD THIS IMPORTANT DRIVE AT TBS!  Will you give from the heart this Erev Tu B’Av?  Will you make my Mitzvah Project a reality?  — Eliana Lau
