The Torah teaches us that God is just – but how can we believe that when our world is so full of injustice? Join Rabbi Rosenthal to explore the strikingly different ways in which Jewish thinkers across the centuries have struggled to understand God’s personality and God’s decisions. As we learn, we’ll find a path towards a more nuanced understanding of God that can provide meaning and comfort in difficult times.
Participants are encouraged to join the evening minyan at 7:30 before class begins.
